Our Mission

The core mission at New England Adventures is to connect Veterans, Current Service Members, and their families to all-expense paid outdoor therapeutic healing activities throughout the northeast. This mission is vital at providing an outlet to those that have served to get involved with other like minded individuals, with service being the number one thing to bond our participants. Our mission helps the mental and physical well being of our service members drastically, in turn this helps reduce the risk of suicides among our great warriors.  Some events include, but are not limited to moose hunts, bass fishing trips, whitewater rafting, skiing/riding, and much more. Annually, NEA connects an average of 150 Veterans and Service Members to the outdoors. Countless lives have been saved with our programming and will continue to be.

About NEA

New England Adventures is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with 95% of our donations and funds going directly to funding our events for the Veterans and Service Members. For over a decade, NEA strives to create an outdoor community of honorably discharged Veterans, current Service Members, and their immediate family members. The mission of New England Adventures is achieved through hosting all-expense paid outdoor sporting events and therapeutic outdoor adventures throughout the New England States. These NEA events connect Veterans who can help each other through the struggles they may be facing in life after discharge. New England Adventures provides a guided avenue to enjoy the outdoors while renewing this bond of service. This community goes above and beyond our programming by means of life-long friendships, activities, and other non-NEA events after the fact. This plays a vital role in the strategy that NEA has adopted and one of the major mottos- “No Service Member left behind”.
